Clients must follow up professionally and comply with all applicable laws.

Leads are for internal business use only. Reselling or sharing leads is prohibited.

Virtual Assistant services may include calling, follow-ups, CRM management, and administrative support.

Virtual Assistant services are time-based services and not performance-based guarantees. We do not guarantee deals, appointments, or outcomes.

Clients must provide clear instructions and timely communication. Delays may affect performance.

Working hours and scope depend on the selected plan. Additional work may incur extra charges.

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final except as outlined in the applicable refund policies.

We reserve the right to review excessive refund requests or misuse of services.

We are not responsible for business outcomes or lost profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

Clients agree to contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We will attempt to resolve all issues in good faith.
